Art and Nature: They just go together! The Great Mother March is a 32-day, 500-mile sacred pilgrimage from Asheville, North Carolina to the steps of the Capitol in Washington, D.C. Arriving on Earth Day, The Great Mother March is, at its very core, an arts movement: “We carry a traveling mural painted in community at every stop along the route, we walk in color and creativity, and we believe with everything we have that art is one of the most powerful forces for peace and transformation this world has.” The Tasty Traveler Food truck will be serving food and drinks.
