Long Shadows, Autumn Light

Lengthening shadows and golden autumn light really accentuate line and contour. It gives the sculpture garden new definition, the works on display a new presence and, somehow, softness. On a sunny day like today it’s tempting to stand in a pool of sunshine and soak it all in. After a busy summer traveling to and from shows around the country, artist Josh Coté stopped by with some new pieces for Anvil Arts Studio. As always, his whimsey and joyful humor are captured in expressive twists of wire.
